The Goal:

WeAreGriot needed a digital home as expressive as their work — 'old tongues in new mouths.' The goal was a bold, editorial platform that could program events, run their Corporate Arts Club for organisations, sell merchandise, and invite audiences into storytelling-led cultural experiences, while carrying the collective's distinctive voice throughout.
The Challenge:

A cultural collective's site has to do many jobs at once — event listings, a membership offering for HR, L&D, and CSR teams, a shop, a gallery, a blog, and donations — without feeling corporate or diluting the artistry. It had to speak to two very different audiences, community members and corporate partners, from one cohesive brand, and stay easy for a small team to keep current.
The Result:

Cognito Systems delivered wearegriot.ie: a distinctive, editorial platform that houses events, the Corporate Arts Club, shop, gallery, blog, and donations under one identity. The design carries the collective's storytelling voice while giving organisations a structured path into cultural training and audiences an easy way to discover and book what's on. Since launch, it has helped the collective programme 3+ events and cut the time it takes to acquire and onboard new Corporate Arts Club clients.
