Fantasy Ikoyi is a private social members’ club and creative house in Lagos. Cognito built its full digital home — a 3D virtual tour of the house, art and collectibles, event-space booking, dining, a cultural calendar and membership — behind a striking editorial front door.

The Goal

The intervention

A members’ club lives on taste and exclusivity, and the site had to earn the invite. The goal was a confident, editorial platform that lets prospective members step inside — a 3D walkthrough of the house, art and collectibles, dining and event-space booking — while capturing early members through the waitlist.

The experience had to feel restrained and premium rather than loud, tie many surfaces — 3D tour, art, booking, calendar, membership — into one coherent brand, and stay easy for a small team to keep current.
